The major evil plan was to specifically lie here to achieve whatever. ![]() I surely was about to gain major prestige in the AoE2 Community by lying, so that must have been my intention all the time. Because thats typical for people that have nothing to gain from doing so (minor hint on the definition of what it means). You call lying lying, but then you should google what Lying actually means. ![]() Originally posted by Argentum:I read that the AI gets a multiplicator for resource generation depending on its difficulty setting.Ĭlearly you know nothing about how this game's AI works, so I'm making sure anyone reading this doesn't get the wrong ideas. Peak 2021.Ĭlearly you know nothing about how this game's AI works, so I'm making sure anyone reading this doesn't get the wrong ideas. Also imagine being triggered by the word lying. Stop making stuff up if you don't want to hear it. For example the Vietnamese using their chariot. Some AI Civs use specific units more often though. Or provide proof by sending a replay and timestamp of where it does. Wouldnt be the first to get banned by calling names on the forum.Īlso no, it doesnt, not even on max difficulty. Maybe im mixing my memory with Warcraft 3 or Starcraft, but im pretty sure it applies here as well.Īlso stop using words like "lying" and being so aggressive or get a report. Thats a pretty common way for strategy games to increase difficulty. I read that the AI gets a multiplicator for resource generation depending on its difficulty setting. Or provide proof by sending a replay and timestamp of where it does.Īlso, it definitely does adapt to player army composition, unless there's been some recent new bug that I don't know of, or if you're playing against low difficulty AI. Im not saiyng it isnt effective, but honestly, that only is because the AI gets more resources by "cheating". The AI is pretty linera regarding the trained units and i also dislike that. It will also not train more pikes if you spam cavalry. If you resist the Siege Spam by countering, it will still continue to do so, although its wasting tons of resources. You can alter the number of settlements needed or the amount if you wish, for each faction individually.Originally posted by Argentum:Nah, the Ai doesnt specifically counter your composition. So as you might notice from the code both get their kings purse set to 50000 if they have more than 4 settlements. The ai label genghis is supposed to make ai factions focus on cavalry. ![]() Light - removed recruitment limitation script and altered ai from the balanced "knud" to aggressive "genghis".įull - removed recruitment limitation script and altered ai from the balanced "knud" to aggressive "genghis" and gives ai factions a fixed income of up to 50 000 per turn. Unaltered - unaltered files if you want to revert to vanilla. The mod alters the files description_strat.txt and campaign_script.txt. A small mod that was requested, increasing campaign AI aggressiveness and monetary bonuses to make it more active. ![]()
